Q. I have a few questions... can I speak to someone about a product or ordering?

A. Yes, if you don't find the answers you need on this page, you are more than welcome to call our customer service line on 1300 889 293 or use our contact form and we will be happy to help any way we can.

Q. How do I place an order?

A.  Simply choose the item you would like to purchase and click on the 'Add To Cart' button. Once you have chosen all your items,  finalise your order by clicking on the 'Proceed To Checkout button and proceeding to billing information. Once all the information has been entered you will be prompted to confirm they are correct and then emailed a reference of your order. For more information please visit our Customer Service Page.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. If all items are in stock your order will be processed and sent within 24-48 hours of placing your order (Mon-Fri). Orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered E-Parcel and are subject to Australia Post delivery times. These range from 2-5 days to metropolitan areas and 5-10 days for regional areas. Q. I need the product urgently, can you send it Express Post?

A. If your order is urgent, we recommend calling our office on 1300 889 293 and ordering over the phone. That way we can discuss the best possible method and process your order ASAP. Please note that Express Post charges more and as we cannot track Express post articles we will not be liable for lost parcels.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payment from most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express (2.5% surcharge applies to American Express).


Q. What is Vitamin Z's return policy?

A. Returns can be made provided they are within 14 days of the date of purchase and product is in its original condition. If we have made an error in your order we will cover the cost of postage and re-send the correct product free, however if you have changed your mind or have made an error in ordering then return freight will be at your expense.

Once we have determined that the products are in their original condition and you haven't just tipped the contents out and replaced it with cotton wool or such, a refund will be made immediately...honest!
