Customer Service
Shopping Cart & Checkout:
Please set your internet browser to allow cookies (mmmm sounds tasty doesn't it!) so that you can add items to your shopping cart. Just choose any item and click the 'Add To Cart' button displayed below the item and it will be added to your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, view your shopping cart and then click on 'Proceed to Checkout' button to finalise your order. At this stage you can still amend item quantities by retyping the amount in the quantity field (need to click the 'Change Qty' button to process changes).
You will then be prompted to enter your billing information. Once you have entered your billing information click the 'Submit Order' button and an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately.
A shipping confirmation email will also be sent once your product has been dispatched to notify you that it is on it's way to you!
For international orders we will contact you first via email to confirm payment and shipping options.
Payment Options:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Please note that a 2.5% surcharge will be applied to all American Express payments on top of the total amount).
Currency:
All product prices and freight costs will be processed in Australian Dollars. For currency exchange rates please use the currency converter at www.xe.com
Delivery:
Australian Deliveries
Freight is charged at a flat rate of AU$8.00* for all orders up to 20kg shipped within Australia.
*Flat rate freight does not apply to Wholesale & Distributor orders. Please contact our office for rates.
Order will be processed and sent within 24-48 hours of placing your order (Mon-Fri).
Delivery times range between 2-5 days for metropolitan areas (QLD, NSW & VIC) and 5-10 days for regional areas and NT, WA & SA.
Remote areas can sometimes take longer based on your local post service.
We use Australia Post Registered E-Parcel for Australian deliveries which require parcels be signed for upon delivery. If this is inconvenient to you, signature delivery can be removed by notifying us when you place your order(using the delivery comment box), however we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels as we can no longer track them.
If no one will be home during business hours to sign for the parcel it is recommended that you provide a work address and contact phone number.
If you believe you have not received your order in due time please check first with your local post office that it is not awaiting collection and/or notify us by email or phone 1300 889 293.
International Orders
All international orders are processed in AUD and freight varies based on weight and location.
We offer two freight options for International orders.
Regular Australia Post International Airmail - This is the most cost effective option, however parcels are uninsured and do not require signature upon delivery so please be aware that if your parcel is delayed or lost we cannot track your order and www.VitaminZ.com.au will not be held responsible for missing orders.
Australia Post Express Courier International - This option is insured with a tracking number that can be traced and requires signature upon delivery for your security and protection. This is our recommended freight option.
Freight delivery times depend upon your location
Regular International Airmail average 5-14 business days.
Express Courier International average 3-5 business days.
Our staff will contact you via email with freight charges once order has been placed and request confirmation before payment is processed.
Credit card is accepted from most countries, however due to increasing online credit card fraud we cannot accept credit card from certain countries. In these circumstances payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) will be required and bank details given on request.
